Lenaya is the Experience Assistant for Capacity for Health (C4H), the national capacity building program of the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum. A lifelong learner with broad interests rooted in art, sustainability, equity and wellness, Lenaya brings a unique lens to this team, offering administrative support, technical skills and creativity as they design and implement a distance learning program for non-profit managers.
Her diverse background brings experiences from biotech, hospital administration and nonprofits to self-employment. Trained in health supportive cooking and certified as a birth and postpartum doula; Lenaya has run both a food business and a doula practice in her creative pursuits of heart centered work!
She is also crafty, enjoys making jewelry and loves spending time in nature. She a firm believer that plants are medicine and loves to dance.
