Krystian is the Content Strategist at Capacity for Health, a program of the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum. With experiences in K-12 education and non-profit organizations designing education and training materials, Krystian is a lifelong educator and responsible for developing a unified and continuous learning experience for those engaging in the National Learning Community for HIV CBO Leadership. Krystian’s favorite part of education is finding ways to transform complex concepts into digestible chunks without sacrificing the original meaning. Understanding the importance of meeting diverse learning needs and preferences, he is dedicated to creating experiences which allow people to engage in ways that feel authentic to their needs and promote growth and learning.
Immediately prior to joining APIAHF and C4H, Krystian was a member of the founding faculty at a charter school in Massachusetts where he taught Social Studies and designed a social-emotional learning program. Krystian currently holds a Master’s in Education (Curriculum & Teaching) from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Policy, Planning, and Development (Health Management) from the University of Southern California.
