She returns to C4H in our Oakland offices, where she has previously served as Capacity Building Specialist and later, National Training Manager.

Of the appointment, Managing Director, Ben Cabangun, who led the Associate Director search notes, “We are so excited to welcome Jamila back home at APIAHF, where I know she will thrive in leading our team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to new milestones. Our efforts to build the capacity of the next generation of Managers at HIV community based organizations across the nation are only enhanced with Jamila joining C4H’s leadership!”
